D. Tyrone Curl

A generational farmer with deep roots in cattle, horse, and poultry production, D. Tyrone Curl has spent his life dedicated to advancing agriculture. Raised on Swift Hill, he worked alongside his father, LaVon Curl, producing high-quality broiler poultry and raising some of the finest Hereford and Angus cattle in the region. With a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television and a Minor in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University, Tyrone brings a unique blend of agricultural and media expertise to the table. As founder of DMC Marketing Group, he has produced educational videos that empower farmers and ranchers with practical, accessible knowledge. A devoted husband of 37 years, active civic leader, and passionate advocate for the agroforestry community, Tyrone continues to serve with purpose—equipping producers for long-term success.
