Get ready for the 2nd Annual International Farmers and Ranchers Summit!
Join us as we provide another great Summit with a few enhancements to the overall programming.
The Summit will kick off Wednesday evening with a special Welcome Reception with food, drinks and entertainment. Break the ice with other registered attendees and get ready for 2-full days of information on the latest in agriculture and forestry.
What We’re Planning For You:
Day 1- Welcome Reception with entertainment, food, drinks and awesome networking! Meet other participants, agriculture specialists, sponsors, city leadership and make new contacts that serve your goals. We’re planning a great evening for you.
Day 2- Morning Plenary-Thursday will open with an organized joint plenary session to set the tone for the next 2 days. Meet our sponsors and supporters and learn more about IFR and its mission. The morning will focus on Health and Nutrition, providing important information about the benefits of fresh food- straight from the farm, health warnings, health testing and more. Agriculture and forestry will lead the discussions, while we include other topics we all need to stay alive and healthy. Because we know farmers and ranchers “Feed the World”.
Day 2- Afternoon– enjoy a delicious meal and a keynote speaker with an agricultural spin. The Youth programming will break-out and begin the Youth component, while the standard topics continue for other registrants after lunch. Youth will hear from professionals and experts who can inspire, motivate and encourage student success including basic financial literacy, advancement placement courses discussion and resume building.
Day 3- More great programming on farming, ranching land investment and legacy. Learn how to protect heirship property, plan for the future and expand the benefits for your land. Representatives from state and federal agencies will be on hand to provide assistance and support for topics including loans, grants, inventory, insurance, crop loss and more. Youth participants will have a full day of off-site programming in the field, and little fun along the way! (Signed permission slips by a parent or guardian are required.)
The Closing Plenary will bring all the topics to a close with a Question-and-Answer period and review of all the presentations. This end of the day event will wrap it all up for you to return to your farms and ranches to get the work done!

Arrangements are being finalized to support special hotel rates. Registration will include access to the Welcome Reception, light breakfast, full luncheons snacks, and Summit goody bags from area businesses and Summit Sponsors.
