Celena Garrett

Celena Garrett holds a Master of Social Work degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and currently serves as the Head Start/Early Head Start Director for Tri County Community Action, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families and strengthening communities. With a deep commitment to service, Celena actively volunteers her time with various local organizations, working to support children, families, and underserved populations throughout the region. Her leadership is rooted in a passion for early childhood development and a lifelong dedication to community engagement.
