A third-generation farmer and proud Central Heights High School graduate, Ike Mills brings over 30 years of experience in economic development and nonprofit leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lamar University and has completed advanced professional training through institutions such as Texas A&M, Oklahoma University, SMU, the SBA, HUD, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As a former member of the USDA Minority Farmers Advisory Committee in Washington, D.C., Ike remains a passionate advocate for underserved producers—leveraging his diverse expertise to open doors, remove barriers, and empower the next generation of farmers and ranchers.
